In its more than 65 years of activity, Colombini s.r.l., in carrying out the business of designing, manufacturing and marketing grinders and degassing systems, has dedicated the best of its resources to designing, building and improving its products. The administration maintains as an intention of its company policy the adoption of all necessary measures to ensure efficient, reliable and responsive operation to the needs of Customers, making use of the provisions of international Quality Management standards.

With the introduction of the Quality Management System, management is committed to developing the following general lines:

  • ensure that Customer and mandatory requirements are identified, defined and met in order to increase customer satisfaction;
  • analyze data resulting from processes, products-services, suppliers;
  • measure Customer Satisfaction in order to monitor and improve it over time;
  • develop a system for continuous improvement of the effectiveness of QMS;
  • periodically review the Quality Policy and goals;
  • obtain and maintain QMS certification over time.

Starting from the general guidelines that the Management has defined in the Quality Policy, the general objectives for Quality that the company Colombini S.r.l. sets itself are:

  • company’s commitment to quality;

  • improvement of services in relation to customer and mandatory requirements;
  • monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction;
  • optimization of available human and structural resources;
  • orientation to problem prevention and continuous improvement;
  • orientation to the evaluation of training results and outcomes;
  • staff involvement.

This program was activated:

  • by identifying the resources necessary for the activities of management, execution and verification of the work and by providing personnel, logistical and technical resources to be used in the delivery of the service and its control;
  • by establishing a set of structures and methods that enable the verification of the effectiveness the adjustment and improvement of the Quality System;
  • defining specific annual goals and related indicators, for each of the company’s internal functions, consistent with the overall goals of the program.

Our commitment to the quality management system has already enabled us to obtain UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification, awarded in August 2024 by Dasa Rägister, for the design, after-sales management of grinders and marketing of degassing systems..
This milestone makes us especially proud and pushes us to always do better.
